These R1 gas mono shocks feature combined 2-way damping adjustment developed from the full race R3 shock to offer exceptional performance, reliability and value for all year round road and track riding. They are very easy to set up and offer superior handling without the pricetag of a full race unit.

Simple Yet Effective
The NTR R1 shock has one damping adjustment. The adjustor knob affects both compression and rebound simultaneously for simple setup and making it a more road-biased shock. The shock features spring preload as well as shock length adjustment. It comes preset for damping and preload and includes the bearing end spacers and preload adjustment tool. Titanium and hard-anodised parts are hand built to last not only the lengthiest endurance races, but also the harshest of winters. Every NTR R1 shock is custom built, sprung and fully serviceable.
Bespoke Suspension
All Nitron shocks are hand made to order to each individual customer’s requirements. When ordering, please provide us with your weight as accurately as possible, and include all standard riding gear (helmet, leathers, etc.). Nitron will then use this information to configure the optimum spring and damping rate. Lead times are normally 3-4 weeks, but at certain times may be slightly longer. If you would like a more accurate delivery time please contact us. All Nitron shock absorbers are covered by a two-year manufacturer’s warranty.
